Selling the ultimate fun car. I have enjoyed Jeeps over the years, but nothing is as fun as cruising down the road in full convertible mode and the doors off with your family on a “perfect” Arizona day.
As you can tell from the photos, I too got the bug bad and made a lot of modifications to give myself and my passengers the confidence knowing the jeep was “Capable”. Not all jeeps are jeeps when it comes to all different types of terrain you will encounter should you take the jeep off the tarmac. This Jeep is “Fully-Capable” and ready for the next level of modifications or just enjoy her the way she is.
I’ve had to create an excel spreadsheet to keep track of the mods. However, here is a list of the obvious and not so obvious when it comes to upgrades, improvements and general maintenance.

Full-transparency:
The jeep needs new tires, alignment and I would replace the steering column. The reason I have not put on new tires or the steering column, is because of the obvious problem most jeep owners have… “Should we can go bigger”. The Jeep is set-up to take 37’s, 38’s with ease and even bigger if you want to go to the next level. Now, in order to do that, I would recommend upgrading the gears if you wish to go bigger than the 35’s on her now to 5.13’s or 5.38’s and slap on some new drive shafts and then upgrade the steering box/column best suited for the tire size you select. I have held off on making these financial decisions because our daughter starts driving the first of the year and we do not need a 4th vehicle; therefore, we would like to sell the jeep and put the proceeds towards her 1st care.
Thank you for your consideration and interest. I’m sure you will have questions as I know I did when looking to buy a jeep and it’s my 3rd one. They are great cars, not the most comfortable for long distance trips, but that’s not why you buy a jeep. Jeeps are fun and a symbol of freedom.
Please don’t call me to help me sell my jeep.
